About Avized

Dental vendor decisions deserve better intelligence.

Practices, DSOs, and investors make consequential technology and service decisions in a fragmented market. The information is scattered across vendor sites, sales decks, funding announcements, product pages, review platforms, and conference conversations.

Avized organizes that market into one independent research layer.

We currently track 582 dental technology and service vendors across 25 categories, with structured information on products, integrations, pricing models, practice fit, funding, company background, and market activity.

What Avized is

Avized is dental market intelligence: part vendor directory, part comparison engine, and part industry research platform.

The goal is not to tell every buyer that one vendor is universally “best.” The goal is to make the market legible—who competes in a category, what each product does, how it fits different organizations, what it integrates with, how it is priced, and what evidence supports the claims.

We also publish comparisons, category analysis, funding and product signals, implementation guidance, and other research that helps operators and investors understand where the market is moving.

How we handle evidence

Research, vendor claims, and user evidence are different things. Avized keeps them different.

Avized research

Profiles may include AI-assisted research from public sources such as vendor websites, regulatory information, company announcements, and other public materials. Research is labeled as such.

Vendor-supplied information

A vendor can claim its profile and add or correct information about its product. A claimed profile is not an endorsement and does not purchase a ranking.

User reviews

User-submitted reviews are presented separately from Avized research. Where third-party sentiment or review information is referenced, its source should be identified rather than presented as an Avized-verified score.

Paid placement does not determine Avized rankings. The value of the platform depends on users being able to distinguish evidence from marketing.

Who Avized is for

Practices and small groups

Answer “What should we buy?” Compare the market, narrow the field, and understand fit before scheduling demos.

DSOs and multi-location groups

Answer “What should we standardize on?” Evaluate enterprise readiness, integrations, implementation considerations, and alternatives across categories.

Investors and PE firms

Answer “What is happening in dental technology?” Map categories, companies, funding, competitive dynamics, and product trends.

Vendors

Claim your profile, add accurate product context, and show buyers where you fit. Claiming a profile does not buy influence over Avized research or rankings.
